PANCHEN LAMA
The late Panchen Lama (above) is revered in the Jokhang temple.
He died under strange circumstances only a few days after he
had openly criticised the Chinese regime.
His recently declared reincarnation, Goedun Choekey (on picture below)
is the world's youngest prisoner, Gedhun Choekyi Nyima.
He was taken away by the authorities in 1996, then only six years old.
Since then nobody, not even the United Nations Commission of Children's Rights,
has been informed of his whereabouts or allowed to see him.
